Gym Daily or Hourly rental is available.
Daily rental Includes use of Gym, kitchen prep room, restrooms, stage & playground.
Gym is heated & has A/C.
Note: Alcohol events must be full day rental.


All daily events require "One day Insurance Rider" to be obtained & provided by renter.
Hourly event insurance depends on the kind of event and length of time.

10 AM to 10 PM (Music off at 9pm. Clean up from 9 to 10pm)

NEW 2017 cleaning info for "Daily Event" rentals:
We clean after your event.
We wash tables & chairs, put them away, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, kitchen and pick up outside litter. (Any unusual/extensive cleaning may be charged from deposit). Event up to 50 guests picks up & takes all garbage.

*Deposit is refundable if no excessive cleaning is needed and there is no damage done to premises and/or properties of REH.

Monday - Friday special
WEEK DAY HOURLY RENTAL (non alcohol) after 6:PM up to 10:PM
Great for Ceremonies, Meetings, Basketball, Volleyball, Class, etc.
Any SPORTS must have insurance.

  • $25 per hr. up to 30 guests
  • $35 per hr. up to 50 guests
  • $50 per hour up to 100 guests

*A $150 refundable deposit is required per 3 hour block.
All garbage must be removed and taken with renter.

Use of Tables & Chairs are included in rental for the amount of guests reserved.
Available: (12) 4' White Round (can seat up to six guests), (2) 5' White Round (used for cake/presents), & (20+) 8' Rectangle (can seat 10 guests). Folding metal chairs.

Guests may not exceed amount agreed upon at time of rental agreement or price may increase to correct rental price.

Use your own caterer or bring your own food.
We have a KITCHEN (prep room) with sink,
cooler, freezer, microwave, counter & tables, plus electrical outlets are available for your use.

Large stage for DJ or Band. The Band or DJ must stop 1 hour prior to closing, this gives them enough time to pack up all their equipment.

Playground & grass area to keep the kids busy!
Large parking lot!
Men's & Women's rest rooms with handicap stalls.

: Black or White table covers: Round ($5 per cover), Rectangle($5 per cover). White table skirting for main table $5 each.
Satin Overlays ($1 per Overlay with table cover rent or $2 per Overlay alone). Some of the colors : Royal Blue, Red, Turquoise, Teal (peacock), Oasis, Jade, Fuchsia, Yellow, Purple, Baby Blue, Pink, Gold and Silver. Polyester overlays: Burgundy and Lavender. Table runners: (25) Damask (black & white).

White or Black Chair Covers ($1.50 per cover) or  $2.00 each with chair sash.

Linen Rental Package: Table covers, chair covers with sashes.

CLEANING information:

Hourly rental: At the end of event Renter must: Remove all decorations & personal items. Pick up all food, trash inside and outside, and clean up. Clean up: Wash all tables, put away tables & chairs, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean kitchen, restrooms, pick up all trash outside.  All garbage must be hauled away by renter.
